At Cleany, we focus on social commitment by ensuring compliance with the labor standards set out in the Labor Code,the Collective Agreement which governs us as well as all other applicable rules.
Our support teams have been strengthened by the integration of experts in the fields of Human Resources, Financial management and the structuring of the Integrated Management System.
Each division distributes tasks in order to gain responsiveness and efficiency on daily issues. Regulatory monitoring is managed in a targeted and proactive manner.
This integration includes the explanation of their access to the different services and tools made available to them by Cleany. These explanations are detailed in the Welcome Guide.
It allows Cleaners to control their independent services. They have the possibility of managing the quantities of consumables, triggering restockings and reporting key information identified in the field (leak, clogged sink, etc.).
The Cleaners also have the possibility of accessing their work agenda, essential information on their site(s), good practices and any new missions offered to them. They can also manage their absences and control the quantities of consumables available in your spaces.
