Live my work-study life with Arial from the CSR department

The Live my life as a work-study student project allows us to present the missions and publicize the working atmosphere of work-study students working at Cleany in the different areas of the support function.

Can you please present briefly? 

Arial: “My name is Arial Didier. I am a Master’s student in Green & Social Management at ESI Business School. At Cleany, I hold the position of CSR & QSE Assistant on a work-study basis for 2 years. CSR concerns taking into account and contributing to sustainable development issues. QSE is concerned with the practical aspects of quality, occupational risks and the environment. I report to the Impact Department at Cleany.”

What is your typical day? How is it organized?

Arial: “I take care of Cleany’s CSR regulatory monitoring. I work on the labels and certifications targeted by the company. In addition, I also manage the monitoring and evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors in relation to the company's responsible purchasing policy. I participate in meetings with labeling organizations (AFNOR,LUCIE,Bcorp etc.). To this can be added other one-off missions to improve the positive impact of Cleany.”

What do you like to do in your work? What do you like most?

Arial: “What I like most about my work is, first of all, the diversity of the missions entrusted to me. It’s also the fact of being able to participate and support the company’s CSR projects while working in a friendly atmosphere with the teams.” 

How is life on site at Cleany?

Arial: “Life at Cleany is going really well. Communication is excellent between the different departments. There is also collaborative management which allows me, as a work-study student, to be able to give meaning to my missions and participate in the company's various projects. The atmosphere, conviviality and mutual respect are also an integral part of the values ​​present on site.” 

A last word for the road? What can we wish for you?

Arial: “My career atCleanyallows me to give meaning to my job . The company's values ​​and the commitment of employees give me the opportunity as a work-study student to consolidate this choice of CSR path in the cleaning profession and to broaden my thoughts on new subjects discovered in the company. ”
