Diadou : “Je m’appelle Diadou TANDJIGORA. Je suis étudiante en Bachelor Ressources Humaines à SUP des RH à Paris. Chez Cleany, j’occupe le poste d’Assistante RH et je suis rattachée à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines.”
What is your typical day? How is it organized?
Diadou: “One of my main responsibilities is to manage social declarations and administrative questions for the company's staff. I develop the work-study and internship policy. Every day is different. That’s what I like and what makes the human resources profession special. In my position, it is essential that my days are based on prioritizing tasks.”
What do you like to do in your job? What do you like most?
Diadou: “I like managing the human aspect, being in direct contact with employees. I also like the diversity of situations.”
How is life on site at Cleany?
Diadou: “Life is going really well at Cleany. I feel like a full-fledged employee. There is also a good working atmosphere. Being in Open Space forces us to communicate with each other, which creates a relationship of trust and good cohesion.”
